| Does anybody know how to find exactly what caused a RouteListExhausted
alert? I can't locate it in the event logs, but the RTMT alerts me of
it.

| I don't know if you have a PBX integration but I do. Any time someone
dials an extension that really isn't an extension (or used extension) I
get an alert.
Scott

| Does anyone know if there is a way to disable these alerts on certain route/hunt lists? It is nice to get alerts on some route/hunt lists (voicemail, crucial gateway ports, etc) but not on others.

| The CCM Detailed traces from before and up to the time of the alert will show what was going on.
