Running an upgrade from a image of CCM 4.1

Has anyone tried to burn thier own copy of 4.1 upgrade disc 2 and have it not be read by CCM. Disc 1 ran fine but then when it asked for disc 2 I put it in and it doesn't recongnize it. The file name on disc two is CiscoCM.CD2

This is a 4.1 upgrade, recovery and installation disc 2.

NOTE: The only reason I'm not using the original CDs is because the are damaged. Luckily I made ISO of them. But CD2 doesn't work.
