| A customer asked me if it is possible to reply to a voice mail when the
voicemail was left from an outside caller. Just like the "Live reply"
feature for internal VM users, but to external caller.
I was thinking the external voice mail is contained in the message. Why
not be able to record the audio file, place an outbound call to the
number obtained from caller-id, when the call is answered, play the
audio file?
