I have a remote site that is down. This is a cme. Im able to get into the
gw, and I see that the t1 controller is in a down state. Is the way for me
to determine if the card is bad or good by doing some type of loopback
config on the gw. I am remote to the gw. I think it's a cable issue, but
want to be sure it not a dead t1 controller card
