Hi,
Has anyone tried running IPCC 3.x and IPCC 4.x against the same Callmanager?
Would be a good migration path to have both these systems setup in parallel,
and after testing just reroute calls to new CTI Route Points... Since they'd
use different LDAP profiles, different CTI port, route points, different
jtapi users etc. it should be OK, right? I wonder what would happen when you
mark a user with ICD extension, would he show up as a resource in both
systems...
We're going to test this in a lab, but maybe someone already has.
