Has anyone seen this.

When we installed the communicator 2.0 on a users pc.

Everything works ok, but the service button and the adresbook button is
not shown.

In the device settings the primary is the publisher and the secondary is
the SRST gateway instead of the subscriber.

The SRST gateway says there is a CCME express (there is not).

This doesn't appear to be the problem with all users.

Any ideas???
