Hello all,

Quick question that I think I already know the answer to but wanted to
confirm. Is there any Attendant Console application for use with CCME
like there is in CCM? Looking around CCO I see that an attendant
console for CCME would be a 7960 with 7914 expansion module.

Just wanted to make sure there isn't an AC application for CCME that I'm
not aware of.

Thanks in advance!

I think you can also buy third party consoles - like ARC lite - maybe
supports CME. I think you can also look at stonevoice - they have nice
CME add on products. Might be others too.

Thanks Gary, some interesting stuff there. I didn't see any AC for
CCME, but only for CCM. I'm guessing there isn't a software AC for CCME
from cisco or a 3rd party. Can anyone confirm this for sure?

So I guess since Arc says this is "The only attendant operator console
for cisco Call Manager Express" I'm guessing that cisco does not have a
software AC package 'out of the box' for CCME. I certainly cannot find
any mention of a software AC with CCME any where on CCO so far. We're
looking to deploy CCME with a software AC like CCM has, but I'm going to
guess that we may not purchase a 3rd party package for it. Just want to
confirm with certainty that cisco doesn't provide one if anyone can do
so.

Thanks again!

Keith
