| Hi,
For any unanswered calls, they go into the queue and the agents' state changes to unavailable. If the agent attempts to return to the available state, there is a delay in changing states. While the delay lasts- the caller receives a message that there ar
e system problems & to call later.
Any tips???
Thanks
-Zevier.
