| Iīve installed CRA ina Call Manager 4.1, when the instalation begins it says: "Your license entities you to install: Automated attendant ". When I go to the CRA webadmin, I donīt have the scripts menu, and If I submit a personal script, when I try to add an application, yit says (log) that "ApplicationLicenseViolationException: user-defined scripts are not allowed with Extended Services". what is the license I need to see the Scripts menu in the CRA web admin.
Thanks In advance

| What scripts do you want to see? Are you trying to add TAPS?

| If you are trying to change the AA script you will not be able to. All you can do is change the voice prompt recording.

| Buy IPCC. I have heard you can get to some of the hidden sites on CRA
and upload a script but I have only heard of people doing this for TAPS.
I don't know if it would work for anything else.
