I dial in to the CTI RP @ 1501, I get silence for 5 seconds, and then
a busy signal.

Getting this error in the MIVR log:

1149: Jun 26 08:25:07.687 CDT %MIVR-SS_TEL-5-CTIPG_ROUTE_EVENT:CTI
Port Group route event: Route Session=[1501/(P1-rmjtapi)
GCID=(3,62)->INVALID]->DISCONNECTED,Route Address=1501,Failure
reason=CTI accept timer expires after 4016 ms, end route
connection,Exception=java.lang.InterruptedException

Now, if I remove, the Primary Dialog Group (Cisco Media Group #0) from
the JTAPI trigger, I see the phone transfer from 1501 to one of my CTI
ports and then disconnect... and I get:

1433: Jun 26 08:29:24.484 CDT
%MIVR-APP_MGR-6-ABORTING_CONTACT:Aborting contact:
Application=ICD,Task id=18,000,000,019,Contact id=24,Contact
implementation id=70/3,Contact
Class=com.cisco.call.CallContact,Contact Type=Cisco JTAPI
Call,Exception=com.cisco.channel.ChannelUnsupportedException:
com.cisco.dialog.PlayPromptDialog is not supported

1434: Jun 26 08:29:24.484 CDT
%MIVR-SS_TEL-5-AUDIO_TREATMENT_FAILED:Audio treatment failed: All Call
ids=CallID:24 MediaId:70/3 Task:18000000019,Audio
treatment=UNRECOV_ERROR,Exception=com.cisco.channel.ChannelUnsupportedException:
com.cisco.dialog.PlayPromptDialog is not supported

What am I missing?

All subsystems are in service and the CTI RP and CTI Ports are registered.

RM-CM Subsystem IN_SERVICE
CMT Subsystem IN_SERVICE
Core Reporting Subsystem IN_SERVICE
JTAPI Subsystem IN_SERVICE
HTTP Subsystem IN_SERVICE
Application Subsystem IN_SERVICE
Enterprise Server Data Subsystem IN_SERVICE

Database and email are out of service, but I am not using them...

Fixed it.

The JTAPI and ICD subsystems were set to login to the CCM with the
same user... I changed them to different users, registred JTAPI to the
CTI stuff, and ICD to the agents.

Of course, now I am having DC Directory replication problems... so,
item 461 is fixed, items 462 through 1131 need to be addressed...
