Not sure what beefs others have with ITM but we are huge fans of it. It
needs a lot of configuration but once we got it set up it has alerted us
promptly and accurately. (At first it alerted us about everything and
anything, mostly uninteresting things.) The tools for gathering info from
phones are not as useful, in my opinion, as the tools for alerting, but we
use the info-gathering tools at times too.
