Voice over IP Cisco - Crystal Reports

Anyone good with crystal reports that could suggest how to get started with
it? specifically we want to grab reports out of IPCC Express 4.x and send
out those reports to various manager's email addresses. I've never used
crystal reports before so i'm basically at square one with this. Does anyone
else use it for this?
