I have some numbers that when dialed I force the user to enter '#' to
complete the dialed number.
I am wondering if there is a way to have the display indicate to the user
"hit # to complete call", either on the splash
screen the dialed number is displayed on or the background.

thanks
bob

Include a Route Pattern without the #, block it, with a custom msg to add the #

Good question...

I thought you could do it in an ini file (I checked the enterprise and
service parameters) but I just checked all of them and nothing... You
might have to edit the SQL directly, however, that could prove to be
incredibly dangerous.

You could just select 'invalid number format' and notify the users
that this means enter the # sign...
