| I have 1 agent who has not been able to put herself in the ready state.
She is able to login but when she tried to put herself in the ready
state she receives an error saying
"Request to change agent state failed. Unable to change agent state."
I have removed her from the IPCC deleting her user account and recreated
it. I have stopped and started the engine. Still nothing.
I can't figure out why this is only happening with this one person and
not anyone else.
Any ideas?
Jeff

| Yes I verified that the phone is associated with rmuser. The user is
able to login and logout. It's putting the phone in the ready state
where we run into the issue.

| Last time I ran into this error I cold booted the user's phone and it
fixed the problem.
Could be worth a shot...
