Hi,i have Unity 4.0(4) Unified Messaging (integrated with Exchange 2003)
on Windows 2003.

When a certain extension tries to leave a voicemail to other people
internally we get this in the event viewer.

Source: CiscoUnity_ConvMsg
Category: Network
EventID: 10015
Description:
IAvDohMessage::Submit returned[0x800404dc] on line 683 of file
e:\views\cs_ue4.0.3. 159\un_Core2\ConversationEng\AvStateSvr\
AvSMsgSend.c
pp

They never get the voicemail that is left by the person. This person can
still receive VM but can not send.

Thanks,

Bill Riley

I have had a TAC case open for about a week now with no results. Has
anyone seen this error or have any suggestions?

Do they hear a failsafe message when it fails?

Did you check permissions or re-run permissions wizard (current version), and maybe delete the unity account and re-import the user into unity or add them back from scratch? When a unity subscriber leaves a msg for another subscriber it uses that users m
ail account to send the message. So if the other users can receive messages from other internal and/or external calls fine then it may be a issue with the one users account on the exchange/notes server.

No the VM goes through like nothing is wrong. I have reran current
permissions wizard, Deleted and re-imported the account through Unity
all with no change. The user can send other people e-mail and it works
fine. The user can receive voicemail and that works fine.

Bill:
I'd be interested if you ever find a fix from TAC. I get these 10015
errors every now and then, but I don't get any reports from users
related to this. Since no users are complaining, I just assumed it's a
cosmetic problem and not really affecting the users.
