CallManager 5.0 and later because of how it integrates with AXL and the
directory. Licensing is also tied directly to the CCM 5 schema and
CallManager needs a license to allow you to add the CUPS application
server.

| not AFIAK. requires SIP endpoint functionality. CUPC also requires
CUPS so it's not as simple as normal endpoints (think hardphone or
IPC). Think more like the old cti based softphone.
