Calls Transferring on Shared Lines During Call

| I'm working with a customer that's experiencing this; phone A and phone B
share a line appearance of 1234. Phone A takes a call and starts talking to
the other party. At some point during the call, the call goes dead and
rings over to the same 1234 appearance on Phone B without any input from the
caller on Phone A. The phone load is 8.0(3), phones affected are 7940/60,
and CallManager version is 4.1(3)SR3b. Ideas?

| Sounds very strange. Are you sure that the user of Phone A is not =
doing anything with the call? I have had cases where I am told they =
are not doing anything. I look at the CCM traces and find differently =
:-) You will probably need to look at detailed CCM traces of the event =
to see what is happening.
