Im doing a cme with 4 incoming pots lines. I know I need to send out bound
call to the bottom pots line. The carrier is sending call in on the first
line. Not really sure what to do with multiple lines

You can use the "preference" option in your dial peers to route the
outbound calls to multiple ports. Take a look here for an example:
