Everyone gets: "the id you entered was not found"

I have restarted DCD on both PUB and SUB... I have restarted the
Engine... I have ensured phones are associated with the RM JTAPI, and
everyone has CTI checked on their userIDs...

Cisco's website says that they are typing their userid's and passwords
wrong... all of them? I don't think so.

If this is a 3.x version... do they have access to the folder that
controls licensing? Been to long.... I can't remember all that good
stuff.

It is 3.5(3)... They all can open the share...

I can login to the web page with appadmin, so it isn't a DCD issue.

Rebooting the server had no effect.

Have you tried looking at any of the logs yet on the IPCC side?

I agree... The weird part is the repository is set up correctly for DCD, but
it looks like the engine is trying to connect to AD somehow...

Here's something cool...

The ccndir.ini is set up right for DCD, yet the logs show it trying to
connect to AD... but somehow the registry: HKLM\Software\spanlink\site setup
has all of this AD crap in it...

I fixed this two months ago and it has been working (until today)... why did
it revert???
