is there a unity backup tool that will let me back up unity on a schedule. the disaster recoverly and backup in the tools section seems to only let me back up manually

The DiRT training on http://www.ciscounitytools.com shows how to run the
built in Windows scheduluer to run DiRT regularly.

Did you install Unity with MS SQL Server 2000 with > 32 ports or MSDE ?
If MS SQL you need to run a MS SQL aware agent.
