| Are you sending the calls to Unity first? If the inbound number goes to
Unity you could use call routing rules based on the ANI to forward them
to a message that states they don't accept calls from them!

By your response, I assume the blocking has to be done on the gateway.
Customer wants a more robust solution to handle and manage a large
number of blocked numbers.
Good thing is, telecom is hoping I say it is not possible!!!

If your gateway is H.323 you can block the incoming calls.
