MoH works for IP->IP; however, MoH does not work for PSTN->IP.

PSTN are located at Site A, while CMs are located at Site B. Both site
routers have IP multicast-routing enabled already.

CM Version (cmpub/cmsub): 4.1

Found Bug ID: CSCdz00697 but looks like it only applies to CM 3.3.

Any advice?

TIA

Define not working. Do they hear tone on hold or just silence?

Tone on hold means there is a CM misconfiguration. Silence means the
RTP is not getting to the router.

Do phones in Site A hear MOH?
