Advanced transfer feature

| Does the Callmanager (4.1.3) support the following feature:
an incoming call answered by the operator and transfered to an internal IP
Phone should return to the operator after the internal phone hangs up,
so that the operator can transfer it to another IP Phone if requested by
the caller?
Can anyone think of a way to implement this?
Thanks,
Evi
