Grouping Service URLs

Hello,

Is there a way I can group several IP phone service URLs? For example, I
have a group of users (Group A) that should have ext mobility, fast dials,
etc but another group (Group B) should only have ext mobility and stock
quotes. Can I create a group to subscribe to group A and a separate group
for B?
