| I'm having an issue with faxes that I'm hoping someone could help me with.
Here is the scenario:
The fax numbers comes in via a PRI at a location where the callmanager is
located. Then there is an ATM circuit (1.5) to the customer location where a
28xx series router is located. This router has FXS ports for the fax
machines. The router is running 12.4 (7b) and is using MGCP. (Config
attached). I keep having issues with sending/receiving faxes, especially
faxes with multiple pages. For example, a 7 page fax may only come across
with 3 pages, and then I lose it.
Any ideas?

| Fax related things to check:
Fax can NOT be running super G3 33.4k and can NOT be running ECM (error
correction mode)
Call needs to be G711 all the way through.
No Fax relay. It needs to be Fax passthrough. Check on MGCP gateway as
my CMM PRI's defaulted to Fax relay.
Hope that gives you a starting point.
