Hi,

Is it possible to integrate IOS TCL scripts with CallManager?
I have a CCM 4.1 installation and we need to add some welcome messages
depending on the number dialed by the customer.
Can we implement this using TCL scripts or do I need the IVR application?

Thanks,
Evi.

There are several different ways to do this.

You can use IPCC Express, Unity, or even a TCL script on an H.323 router.
For the router if you want to intercept calls before they ever reach CM you
will have to use H.323.

It really depends on your comfort level and what products are available to
you.
