random fast busy when dialing

| Users at a remote site are telling me that they are experiencing random
fast busy's. Local, LD, and Toll Free are all experiencing it, and
eventually the call will go thru.
I can't find anything in the logs to support this. But maybe I am not
looking in the right place.
Can anyone point me somewhere and possibly an error code? I am thinking
that somewhere somehow not all the digits are getting back to CCM and
the call is timing out.

| Have you checked with the telco? I've had issues like this and it ended
up being a know telco issue.
