Calls on hold drop after 30+ seconds

Got a CM 4.2.3sr1 install using MGCP gateways.

Calls drop after about 30-50 seconds. It would appear the gateways are
dropping them with "INVALID MGCP EVENT, ######## , 0, CALL_IDLE).

I'd swear I've seen other folks with simliar issues on this list, so can
anyone refresh my addled brain?
