hi,

i'm using cme 3.3. we have 8 fxo trunks (number 201 to 208). previously thecalls on trunks were recieved by the receptionist. But now we want to moveAuto Attandant. I tried to configure CME-AA but in vain. I am confused about the AA Pilot Number. What it should be ?(either a number from fxo trunksor some pot/voip dial-peer)

I guess any one in this forum could help.

To my understanding, the aa-pilot parameter is the DN which the
auto-attendant application will answer on. Basically, you want to
direct inbound calls (either from your voice-ports directly via a PLAR
command or from other dial-peers) to the aa-pilot number as their
destination.

hi,

actually i'm using it in my lab, first i tried it to recieved all calls to receptionist console using the connection plar opx 100, my ccme 3.3 is connected to a panasonic hybrid key system has 8-lines with are connected to 8-FXO's on my ccme router. hope u have better understanding now.

i'm also confused about the incoming called-number and answered-address command or should i say i don't understand the purpose. glad if u could help.....

Regarding the CCME-AA, could u point out the mistake in the config.
