CME 4.1 and a locked up 7920

Has anyone out there seen an issue on CME with the 7920 locking up when
there is a shared line? I found a couple of bugs that point to issues but
not the phone locking up with the previous calls caller ID. I have verified
the firmware and have no other issues with my CME system now. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
