Just installed IPCC Express 5 in the lab, and i'm getting an error that the
JTAPI client does not match call manager.. but when i run the resynch
process from the web page like it says, it just gives me a generic error
message saying it failed and to try again. which I do and doesnt help.. also
have tried manually installing after downloading it from CCM plugins page
which didn't work either. Anyone run into a problem like that before?
