| I know this may be dumb question but I am being told that the use of a 7921does not require the use of a cisco Access Point. Is that true?
Thanks,

| I would assume that you shouldn't need a cisco AP. I have two 7920's at
home running just fine on Linksys AP's.

| No CallManager - these are home phones run on top of Asterisk, not a
remote work phone
That said, yes, I've had users at home behind various devices (Pix 506,
Cisco 871's, etc.) with phones tied to the office CallManager.
Generally they have all had 794x phones instead of wireless however.
