How to set default PRI destination to Operator using

How can I set all unassigned DN's that come in on a PRI to a default 4 digit extension? I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. Basically, I wantall unassigned numbers in our DID range to automatically go to our operator.

We are using CCM 4.2.3 with MGCP gateways.
