Hi

i got 2 CCM 4.1.3 and changed MOH music on both CCM.(they are not publisher and subscriber . they have no relation eachother.)
One of the CCM runs correctly no problem with MOH everything is ok .
But the otherCCM ,moh service does not run correctly . period of time it runs and theni hear silence instead of the moh music.
I reset the moh server and problem is fixed temporarily.
what can be the problem. which paramaters should i check?

any idea pls.

Check if your CPU is going to 100%; we had that issue with some of our
servers when we had them setup for MOH.
