I'm writing up a quick and short executive summary for an update on one of our voice deployments. Just wondering what other stats people have presented in the past in these types of reports. I've got CDR data that can tell me total number of calls placed, number of minutes/hours, number of vm left, etc. But want to make sure I'm thinking outside the box. ;)
