issue with upgrading 79XX firmware on CM6.0

Do any one have steps on how to upgrade the firmware for phone on CM 6.0. Im tying to use CORE ftp mini-sftp, but its not working for me.

Using the Navigation dropdown at the top right of CCM, you'll need to go
into what I believe is now called "Cisco Unified OS Administration".
There's an option in there for Software Upgrades > Install/Upgrade, and
then point it to that mini-sftp server. It'll grab the file and apply it
to CCM.
