CCM 6 BAT templates

Does anyone has a copy of the ccm ver 6 battemplates (xls workbook).
We ordered ccm6 for a new cluster and want to start populating the bat
files so long with user info but as far as I know the files are only
available once one installed CCM
Or does cisco publish the files for download somewhere I am not aware
of.
