| Hi,
Can anyone tell me why my unity express is in application mode CCME.
Is there a simple way to change this.
nstalled Packages:
- Installer (Installer application) (3.1.1.0)
- Thirdparty (Service Engine Thirdparty Code) (3.1.1.0)
- Bootloader (Primary) (Service Engine Bootloader) (2.1.14)
- Infrastructure (Service Engine Infrastructure) (2.3.2.0)
- Global (Global manifest) (3.1.1.0)
- GPL Infrastructure (Service Engine GPL Infrastructure) (2.2.1.0)
- Voice Mail (Voicemail application) (3.1.1.0)
- Bootloader (Secondary) (Service Engine Bootloader) (2.1.15.0)
- Core (Service Engine OS Core) (2.4.0.1)
- Auto Attendant (Service Engine Telephony Infrastructure) (3.1.1.0)
Installed Plug-ins:
- CUE Voicemail Language Support (Languages global pack) (3.0.0.0)
- CUE Voicemail US English (English language pack) (3.0.0.0)
- CUE Voicemail Dutch (Dutch language pack) (3.0.0.19)

- Total usable system ports: 6
Voicemail/Auto Attendant:
- Max system mailbox capacity time: 480
- Default # of general delivery mailboxes: 5
- Default # of personal mailboxes: 12
- Max # of configurable mailboxes: 17
Interactive Voice Response:
- Max # of IVR ports: Not Available
Languages:
- Max installed languages: 1
- Max enabled languages: 1

| The license is either for CCM or CME integration. I think your current
license is for CCME. You'll need to download the CCM license for the
correct number of mailboxes if you need CUE/CCM integration.

| Hi,
I wonder the same, since after ordering it for CCM, it "always" (3 times out
of 3) comes licensed for CCME. But no problem here. You need an FTP server,
the license file you can download from cisco (
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-voice.shtml and scroll down to
"Cisco Unity Express"), and these docs:
