You really must be a "noob", rather than it just being a cute handle.
Because if you had been around a while you'd realize that you can
purchase support contracts from both Canonical (the makers of Ubuntu)
and Digium (the makers of Asterisk). And I'd bet that calling
Canonical or Digium support costs less than calling cisco TAC.
