Anyone see real time monitoring tool not be able to connect , due to
many connections to port 1099 in a time_out state, etc? We had this
issue with IPCC 4.0(4) on a older 2000.4-3 OS once, and now it
happened again on 4.0(5) SR1 with OS 2000.4-5b SR4. Not really seeing
why these are not closing or clearing when someone is done with real
time monitoring or other connection using the same port?

The only way I seem to be able to clear out this issue is to reboot
the server. Stopping the subsystem does not do the trick, and stopping
the subsystems and then bouncing IIS/www does not seem to do it.
