MWI same phone, 2 Unity accounts

| I have a group of users, each with their own VM account. They have 2
lines, 1 for IPCC and 1 regular. There is a Department VM for this
group also.
I am trying to synchronize the MWI for the accounts. Right now, for the
group voice mail, I have each users regular line list in the MWI.
Here is the problem; a voice is left for a subscribe and a voice mail is
left for the group box. As expected, the Phone gets the red MWI.
Another user gets the group voicemail, so Unity sends a MWI off. So the
user has a voicemail in their personal VM box, but MWI has been shut
off.
I tried changing the group voicemail MWI numbers to the IPCC extensions
but it didn't help the light issue.
Any suggestions ?

| The light will only come on if MWI is set on the FIRST line of the
phone, I am pretty sure there is no way around this.

| If you haven't resolved this yet, you were on the right path by setting
the group vm mwi to go to the IPCC agent extension. Assuming the Call
Manager system parameter "Message Waiting Lamp Policy" is set to the
default value of "Primary Line Light and Prompt", you should be able set
the Message Waiting Lamp Policy parameter on each directory number to be
"Light and Prompt". This will turn on the MWI and display the envelope
icon next to the line with the message. Otherwise it will turn off mwi,
but should still leave the envelope prompt next to their personal
extension the user has personal vm.
