I have an evaluation copy of Provisioning Manager 1.1 installed and
synchronized with my CM 4.1.3 and Unity 4.0.4 test cluster.

I expected after synchronization that I would see all users from the
global directory set up as "subscribers" in PM with their phones/DNs
affiliated.

Instead what I am seeing is no subscribers, and all the phones and DNs
listed in inventory and not associated with any user or VM box.

Can anyone give me some ideas how to proceed? The documentation makes
sense in terms of setting up new subscribers but not for importing of a
current system.

My test system has about 50 users set up; production has over 12k so
re-entering all of the information by hand will not be an option.

Hi Bill,

We are also are in the process of evaluating Provisioning Manager 1.1. You helped me out with a login problem a couple of weeks ago that got us off theground. Unfortunately we are also experiencing issues with both Call Manager and Unity synchronization. Our problem is that the system pulled outall of our data from our lab except for the phone (CCM 4.1.3sr5d) and voicemail boxes (Unity 4.0.5) we specifically installed to test with. In other words it is not retrieving any new phones or voice mail boxes that are addedto the systems We have opened two TAC cases but so far have just been sending log files to them.

Hmm, I was going for the obvious CUPM has issues with AD (issues = no

I'll be quiet now - don't have any experience with the product
