Pause before sign-in prompt in Unity

| We just did an update of our Unity system from 4.0(3) to 4.0(5). One of
the complaints I have been getting is due to a brief pause before the
prompt plays for the subscriber to sign in. How can I get rid of this
pause? Is it a part of the prompt itself or is there an adjustment I
can make somewhere to eliminate it?
Thanks,
Mike

| Check the Edit Switch Utility. Hit Edit and make sure that 'Delay before
opening' is 0. Outside of that, there really isn't any way to introduce
a delay, unless the default system prompts have been replaced. Confirm
that the call is actually in the connected state during this perceived
delay?

| In my opinion, the delay is not all that bad. The only reason I am
checking into it is because I did receive a few calls about it. The
system prompts were replaced when we did the update. Delay before
opening is set to 0. I am having a hard time seeing if the call state
is connected during the delay since the delay is not long enough. I was
thinking that maybe the delay could be part of the message, but I am not
sure where to find the message and which message it is.
Thanks for your help.
