Group,

Has anyone seen the problem when adding a subscriber manualy and maybe tweaking a couple of things, (caller input, enable closed greeting, etc.) the standard greeting has the disabled radio box selected?

If I change anything on that page, to prompt me that I need to save something, then hit save, the enabled radio box is selected. And then it works also.

Bulk added users are fine.

I've looked in the bug toolkit and I saw nothing that really helped me. Anyone seen this also?

I'm running Unity 4.2.1.

You mean like CSCsg36208 - 'SA incorrectly reports Standard Greeting as
being disabled' ? :-)
