Hi,
anybody have configured group pickup options in CCM 4.2.3 that worked correctly ?
I have an instalation that the client needs group pickup and opickup (groups inside other groups) and doesn't work in some of the line groups/hunt lists (groups) . I've configured the hunt pilots, (line group/hunt list /hunt pilot), then created the pickup groups, assigned them to the corresponding phones DNs lines, and when in the cases that have other groups that need tro being picked up by them, added to the pickup group the other pickup groups; to have this feature to work, i also configured the TOD (time of day routing) in the partition of the phone lines, that is also the pickup group partition.
When i try to pickup calls through the configured pickups, some of them work, and others dont, it seems to be random, because i cant figure out any diferences between the ones that work and the ones that dont work.
Does anybody had the same problem ?
Anybody knows how to solve it ?
I just dont know what more to do. I really would be really appreciated with some help / solution to the problem.
