Thanks to everyone that provided input on the LDAP issue that I had
yesterday. Just wanted to share the solution. First, I redid the AD
configuration and setup the domain as "voiplab.com" (it was originally set
as voiplab11.voiplab11.com) and the Domain Controller as "Server1". Here is
the LDAP configuration that worked:

LDAP Distinguished Name: Administrator@voiplab.com
User Search Base: DC=voiplab, DC=com
