| Is there a way in CCM 4.1 to disable the on hold beep that phones play?
The users don't want the MOH or the on hold beep audio inot the conference.

| change the tone on hold interval to 0 in the service parameters. you might
have to click advanced to see this one, not sure.

| Turn off the H.245 hold notification under enterprise parameters. I'm not sure if that what it is called but it is something like that.
