Unity and exchange 2003 server

| Hi,
Unity 4.0(5) with operating system Windows 2000 server, can I install exhcange server 2003 on this unity server or should it be installed on a separate server?.

| Within the same server the Unity 4.05 cannot be installed with Exchange
2003, but Unity 4.05 can be installed with Exchange 2000 within the same
server.
