Can't log in to the console, what is the process to reset it? I have
console access and can reboot the box, if needed...

Log in with username = pwrecovery and password = pwreset. You will need
a CD or DVD, as it asks you to put some working media in the drive to
verify you have physical access.

I may have the username/password incorrect - if so, it's in the CCM6
install guide.

Jonathan,

Can you still login to the platform pages or CLI?

there are several current issues that will cause web authentication to
fail primarily due to database locks.

If you can still authenticate to CLI please try this command:
run sql select count(*) from device

It should return a count of devices configured on your system. If it
does not then your database is locked and that is why you cannot
authenticate to the web pages. You will need to open a P1 TAC case for
assistance.

The issue was a lost console admin password... we could get into the
Web page fine...
