I had problem with my sistem of IPPhones, my callmanager is 4.2 (1), and the problem is when
a call to pstn, bring me `` NO ENOUGH BANDWITCH ``

I have a T1 for the use of sistem.

Please help me

That message is seen when you're using CAC and there is no more
bandwidth availabl. Check your location settings for this
phone/device pool and maybe at time they called others were on phone
and used all the available bandwidth configured.

What Erick said, plus:

You can get around this by implementing AAR, which will route the call
to the PSTN if you exceed locations-based CAC bandwidth settings.
